Education and Experience
Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.
Active and valid state dental license.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' dental health, including dental exams, x-rays, and oral health assessments.
Treatment Planning:
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, addressing specific oral health concerns and preventative care.
Dental Procedures:
Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, extractions, fillings, and root canals. Provide more advanced treatments if necessary, such as crowns, bridges, and orthodontic applications.
Patient Education:
Educate patients on proper oral care techniques and provide recommendations for products and practices to maintain optimal dental health.
Stay Updated:
Remain current with the latest developments in dentistry through continuous education and professional development.
Collaboration:
Work closely with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other staff members to provide top-tier patient care.
Sterilization & Safety:
Ensure strict compliance with safety and sterilization standards set by the state and the organization.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate patient records, detailing all treatments, medications, and procedures.
