In the pursuit of exploring various potential associate candidates, practice purchases, associateship avenues, and/or practice acquisition opportunities (hereinafter “Transition Opportunities”), Dental Recruitment Services (hereinafter referred to as “DRS”) might share certain confidential information with the undersigned. Recognizing the sensitivity of this information and its potential implications:
The undersigned hereby commits to:
Refrain from disclosing or discussing any information, including documents or names of involved parties, shared by DRS, unless explicitly authorized in writing by DRS.
Keep ideas, contracts, processes, or any other details shared by DRS for evaluating a Transition Opportunity strictly confidential.
Avoid creating duplicates or records of any information or documents provided by DRS for evaluation purposes.
While the undersigned can share the obtained information with legal or financial advisors, or even a spouse, they will be personally accountable for any consequences arising from these parties disclosing the information further.
Absolve DRS and its representatives from any repercussions of the undersigned's information disclosure.
Promptly return all materials or documents entrusted by DRS upon request.
Refrain from initiating any contact, direct or indirect, with the opportunity's owner or prospective employer being considered, or their current/past employees, without DRS's prior written consent.
Understand and agree that these commitments remain valid even post the conclusion of any potential deals or collaborations with the party whose information has been shared.
